IV Therapy Nurse
I was raised in the suburbs of beautiful Chicago. I married my college sweetheart and I have two smart, amazing, and successful adult children. I first obtained a degree in psychology, followed by a degree in nursing. I've been a nurse for 28 years, 26 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where I took care of high risk newborns. I loved my babies, and I loved the fast paced high intensity atmosphere, but after moving to Denver, I decided it was time to transition from hospital nursing to something different.
Being an IV Therapy nurse has been extremely exciting and rewarding. I absolutely love what I do! I love getting to know my clients and I love getting to know their WHY. For me, education and information are key when making choices for one's body. Focusing on wellness for everyone by way of hydration, vitamins, and antioxidants is my new passion.
In my free time, I truly enjoy spending time with my family as well as embracing all the outdoor experiences Denver has to offer!

Massage Therapist
Erin has been a massage therapist since 2016. After spending time in the spa industry in Vermont, she moved to Colorado to continue her holistic studies by pursuing Traditional Chinese Medicine and loves to incorporate Eastern modalities such as cupping, gua sha, and acupressure into her practice. Whether a client requests deep work or relaxation, Erin approaches every session with intention and flow, valuing both verbal communication and listening to the body to meet their goals. She also has a special interest in addressing headaches and jaw and neck tension.
Her favorite part about being a massage therapist is offering a space for her clients to truly ground and deepen their own sense of interconnectedness.

Counselor
Missy works with teens, adults, and family systems, and specializes in issues related to multicultural identity, LGBTQ, and adoptive or blended families. She works from an existential and attachment based model, is passionate about developing resilience, finding your OWN definition of substance use recovery, having reparative experiences and relationships, finding meaning in trauma, and working through anger. She is a believer that family/couples conflict is not solved by “fixing” one person, but rather by everyone being willing to take ownership of what they bring to the table. She loves to infuse humor throughout her work whenever possible, and it is a priority for her to emphasize the importance of holistic living, passion, and purpose; as without these things life can become significantly more challenging.
Life continuously brings about many different challenges and changes. While this is part of the beauty of living and relationships, we may often find ourselves at a point of feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and repeating patterns that don’t serve us. Missy seeks to provide a safe neutral environment in which clients can explore how they want to grow, move forward, and live their best life!
In Missy’s spare time, she is athletic and enjoys outdoor activities, snowboarding, yoga, and anything related to the water. She also has roots as a musician.
She currently holds licenses as a Professional Counselor, Addictions Counselor, and Marriage and Family Therapist. Her qualifications also include being EMDR-Trained and SAFE Certified. SAFE certification means that she can provide an evaluation for those parents interested in pursuing foster care or adoption. She can also be hired as a Child and Family Investigator for those families going through a complicated divorce (or separation) process.

Acupuncturist and Aesthetician
Dee Watts is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Aesthetician here in the Central Park/Aurora neighborhood of Denver, Colorado and nationally through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Dee's passion for natural healing began in her early 20's while battling candida and multiple food allergies. Luckily she began seeing a Licensed Acupuncturist on a regular basis and gradually gained her health back. After having three children and staying at home to be with them in their formative years, it was time to begin her true professional path.
Acting on the instinct to connect with holistic health on a more personal one-to-one basis, Dee completed the Acupuncture Masters Degree program at Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and opened her own practice in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver. While not doing acupuncture and aesthetics or practicing and teaching yoga, Dee enjoys spending time with her family: three amazing kids, awesome husband Derek, and chocolate lab Woody.
