Our Vibe Yoga Team

  • Stephanie W.

    CO-OWNER, CO-FOUNDER & YOGA TEACHER
After a high risk pregnancy, which included strict bed rest for five months, Stephanie gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Amongst the stress and uncertainty of bedrest, she gained 50 pounds on her 5’1 frame. Afterwards, Stephanie became fascinated with the correlation of the human body and how stress can wreak havoc on all aspects of our health. She began her path of studying meditation, yoga, and worked with natural therapies such as acupuncture, naturopathy, and healing the body with the mind to help bring her body to a healthy state after giving birth. This evolution continues as she is constantly learning about the mind-body-spirit connection. She believes that connection is not just for compromised situations, but that preventative care is key to being the best version of yourself. Now, more than ever, Stephanie believes people need this knowledge to take care of their life and their health. Her wish is that Vibe can create a community where we can change together.

  • Sam A.

    YOGA TEACHER
My main teaching expression is in the realm of Vinyasa yoga with challenging Asana flow sequencing, alignment, direction, and adjustments. I believe that through yoga, we can work with our bodies to reach our greatest potential as human beings. Exploring sensation and movement in the body, I see this practice as a gift. I have been practicing yoga since I attended a small local yoga class over 22 years ago. A skeptic at first, I decided to commit to a weekly practice and noticed a difference in my quality of sleep, balance, flexibility, and most importantly, ability to breathe through difficult situations. Years later, I decided it was time to open this Yogi's doors for others and teach. Classes are geared around the unique needs and energy of the students and will help build strength, flexibility, and a more acute awareness of your own physical and emotional needs.

  • Jessica W.

    LOGISTICS MANAGER/YOGA TEACHER
Yoga practitioner for 7 years, yoga instructor for 4. 200 hour certified in Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Sculpt. I believe yoga connects and heals the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga found me in 2015 when anxiety started to become present in my life. After transferring colleges, losing my best friend to suicide, and feeling completely lost- soon my life would be forever changed by Yoga. Yoga started as a physical practice for me in 2015, which then shortly became a spiritual healing practice for me. Yoga has led me to my authentic path- healing myself and others. I believe Yoga can be for everyone- because Yoga is not just for flexible individuals. Yoga is meditation. Yoga is breath. Yoga is rest. Yoga is awareness. Yoga can also be practiced off the mat, every single day. Yoga is kindness, to yourself and others. I want each one of my students to feel safe, accepted, and always know- this is their practice- this is their time. To heal. My Yoga journey has directed me to holistic health by completing my MS in Holistic Health & Wellness with a concentration in Aromatherapy at the American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland, Oregon- in addition, growing my passion for plant medicine.

  • Alli J.

    YOGA TEACHER
My name is Alli, and I am a 200 RYT. Yoga allowed me to rediscover my body and disconnect with intention at the same time. In addition, Yoga has enhanced my own career as a social worker and DEI practitioner. In my practice I strive to cultivate a trauma-informed practice, with relaxed vibes, and the room to explore and play. I am committed to creating powerful experiences including pranayama, meditation, and sequences that center around the energies of each asana and themes that are relevant to equity, inclusion, self-preservation, and connection to everything and one. Bringing forth a love and spiritual connection to the rich heritage and culture of yoga. • Eppie S.

    YOGA TEACHER
My name is Eppie Szczesny. I am a E-RYT 500 certified yogini and have over 5000 hours of training in various styles of Yoga. I have been teaching and providing Yoga trainings for 17 years. I started my Yoga practice over 19 years ago. After practicing and studying more and more I found that I was only scratching the surface of what Yoga was and could be for myself. This led me to want to teach and share this amazing experience and journey with others. My vision is to make the practice available for everyone to participate in. When we experience the stretching, bending, twisting, and turning in Yoga we achieve a level of understanding of ourselves that contributes to our sense of control and flexibility. My goal for my students is to go beyond the physical aspect and heighten awareness of the bodymind connection. I believe our potential is limitless and within this realm there is a great joy.

  • Heather D.

    YOGA TEACHER
Heather first found yoga through gymnastics as a child, then they met again during classes in college and finally fate was sealed upon deciding to teach as an adult. Her classes flow from an overall enthusiasm for life, deep love of yoga and fascination with anatomy and energy. Emphasis is always placed on proper alignment, connection to breath and finding the edge of effort and ease. Heather taps into various yoga sources for inspiration for classes, even intuition of the students, while utilizing skills obtained through training in the Sivananda method and Kripalu tradition. Combining a lifelong love of children and passion for yoga, Heather has trained with Rainbow Kids Yoga to offer yoga to babies, children and families. She views yoga as a place to play and explore for your own personal journey...whatever your yoga is today. Her classes focus on finding the joy in yoga, connecting to our peace and honoring our ability to use those skills on and off the mat.

  • Jeanie S.

    YOGA TEACHER
Jeanie began her yoga journey in college while looking for a way to calm her mind from the stresses and perfectionism of her Type A personality. She instantly fell in love and focused her practice within the Ashtanga lineage. After leaving her home state of Texas for Chicago, Jeanie took advantage of the beautiful summers Chicago had to offer and became a marathon runner.. Enjoying the creativity of Vinyasa, she eventually received her 200-hour teaching certification from Yoga Yoga in Austin, TX. Jeanie has furthered her education and training by studying under her teacher and mentor Jason Crandell. In early 2021, Jeanie left Texas once again. This time for the mountains of Colorado. An avid hiker and aspiring cyclist, she’s excited to finally plant some roots and call her new state home.

  • Kelli G.

    YOGA TEACHER
Kelli believes that yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind and awakens the soul. Her own soul was “awakened” in 2006 in the Thousand Islands, NY, where she discovered that yoga was more than just another form of exercise. It became a way of life. Kelli has roots in Ashtanga, Jivamutki, Raja and Dharma Mittra yoga. She embraces ‘intelligent sequencing’ & looks for ways to make yoga accessible to everyone. Kelli delights in teaching all levels of students, from the first-timer to the advanced practitioner, and absolutely insists on having fun both on and off her mat! Her husband, Brand, occasionally plays beautiful, finger-style guitar during her classes.

“People are stronger than they think they are. Inspiring students to challenge themselves both on and off their mat is the greatest gift I can offer.”

  • Madison W.

    YOGA TEACHER
Madison is a passionate yoga and meditation teacher as well as Ayurvedic practitioner. She began her journey when she found yoga during college as a way to soothe her anxious mind and find release from outside pressures. Yoga connected her to something greater than the self, and served as a method of personal evolution to shed layers that no longer serve. After moving to Denver in 2013, Madison dove deeper into her practice partaking in yoga teacher training through Karma Yoga Center. She learned about Ayurveda through teacher training and quickly realized how students' needs differ based on their nature. Madison offers a safe space for students to explore their mind and body without judgement but rather curiosity and care. She teaches classes that are educational, introspective and leaves students feeling balanced and whole. Madison strives to inspire students to live a life that positively impacts the self, community and greater world.

  • Monica U.

    YOGA TEACHER
I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years. For me yoga is the practice of community, wellness, self love and inner strength. Yoga has taught me to approach my mat with no expectations, to connect with myself and my fellow yogis and to celebrate what I can do while letting go of what I can not.
    My Teaching Style:
I believe there is a freedom and humility in letting go and not being an expert or perfectly aligned. I love to be playful and curious and provide opportunities for yogi's to test their "edges". I like to sequence a class that guides and opens up yogis while leaving space for self-reflection and personal expression.
