Co-Owner, Co-Founder, & Yoga Teacher
After a high risk pregnancy, which included strict bed rest for five months, Stephanie gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Amongst the stress and uncertainty of bedrest, she gained 50 pounds on her 5’1 frame. Afterwards, Stephanie became fascinated with the correlation of the human body and how stress can wreak havoc on all aspects of our health.
She began her path of studying meditation, yoga, and worked with natural therapies such as acupuncture, naturopathy, and healing the body with the mind to help bring her body to a healthy state after giving birth. This evolution continues as she is constantly learning about the mind-body-spirit connection. She believes that connection is not just for compromised situations, but that preventative care is key to being the best version of yourself. Now, more than ever, Stephanie believes people need this knowledge to take care of their life and their health. Her wish is that Vibe can create a community where we can change together.

Yoga Teacher
My main teaching expression is in the realm of Vinyasa yoga with challenging Asana flow sequencing, alignment, direction, and adjustments. I believe that through yoga, we can work with our bodies to reach our greatest potential as human beings. Exploring sensation and movement in the body, I see this practice as a gift. I have been practicing yoga since I attended a small local yoga class over 22 years ago. A skeptic at first, I decided to commit to a weekly practice and noticed a difference in my quality of sleep, balance, flexibility, and most importantly, ability to breathe through difficult situations. Years later, I decided it was time to open this Yogi's doors for others and teach. Classes are geared around the unique needs and energy of the students and will help build strength, flexibility, and a more acute awareness of your own physical and emotional needs.

Using the vehicles of body, breath, and transformational visualization journeys, Jess’s offerings invite you to unravel the layers blocking the path within, and to connect to the Being, the God, the Source, or whatever other name you may call that deep well of tranquility in your core. Born in Spain and since living in England, Cuba, Russia, and the U.S.A., all of the beauty and instability of a life spent moving around led her to constantly feel like an outsider. When she discovered yoga 10 years ago, she began to align with a self beyond the ego that was the same no matter what climates, societal norms, relationships, and languages were dominant around her. Falling deeply in love with the practice as a vehicle for healing and connection, she has studied under teachers from India, Russia, Venezuela, Australia and the U.S.A.
Her style integrates wisdom inherited from their varied cultures and practices which include Iyengar, Vinyasa, Hatha, Restore, and Yin. Her own teaching philosophy is Tantric and emphasizes a deep love of the sacred body, a letting go of rules and restrictions, with less focus on the so-called “perfect” alignment and more focus on accessibility and the sacred experience of self-exploration. Her offerings are an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself, to move your body in ways that liberate your mind, and to celebrate the present moment in all its imperfection. Although her physical wandering, for now, has come to a halt in Denver, Colorado, her journey inwards continues.

Lead Yoga Teacher
Yoga practitioner for 7 years, yoga instructor for 4. 200 hour certified in Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Sculpt. I believe yoga connects and heals the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga found me in 2015 when anxiety started to become present in my life. After transferring colleges, losing my best friend to suicide, and feeling completely lost- soon my life would be forever changed by Yoga. Yoga started as a physical practice for me in 2015, which then shortly became a spiritual healing practice for me. Yoga has led me to my authentic path- healing myself and others. I believe Yoga can be for everyone- because Yoga is not just for flexible individuals. Yoga is meditation. Yoga is breath. Yoga is rest. Yoga is awareness. Yoga can also be practiced off the mat, every single day. Yoga is kindness, to yourself and others. I want each one of my students to feel safe, accepted, and always know- this is their practice- this is their time. To heal. My Yoga journey has directed me to holistic health by completing my MS in Holistic Health & Wellness with a concentration in Aromatherapy at the American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland, Oregon- in addition, growing my passion for plant medicine.

Dee Watts is a Certified Yoga Teacher, a Licensed Acupuncturist and Aesthetician here in the Central Park/Aurora neighborhood of Denver, Colorado and nationally through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Luckily she began seeing a Licensed Acupuncturist on a regular basis and gradually gained her health back. After having three children and staying at home to be with them in their formative years, it was time to begin her true professional path.Acting on the instinct to connect with holistic health on a more personal one-to-one basis, Dee completed the Acupuncture Masters Degree program at Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and opened her own practice in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver. While not doing acupuncture and aesthetics or practicing and teaching yoga, Dee enjoys spending time with her family: three amazing kids, awesome husband Derek, and chocolate lab Woody.
Dee will be teaching an All Levels Vibe Sculpt class with weights optional once a week.

Yoga Teacher
My name is Lindsay and I am a 200hr certified RYT with multiple trainings in different yoga styles. I found yoga after an extensive basketball career and was looking for a new form of exercise. Little did I know after that first class yoga was going to be my passion and I never looked back. Yoga not only helped to heal my physical injuries but my mental health and my emotional health as well. I believe yoga has the power to bring us back to our own unique truth through stretching and breathing, creating the skill to be present to our life.
Yoga also creates emotional intelligence so we may learn how to deal with the big emotions in a healthy way. I teach a style that is accessible to the beginner or expert alike. The movement is slow and intentional with an emphasis on deep breathing and letting go. There is tremendous amounts of healing to be had when we slow down enough and intentionally let go of the tension in our bodies.
Please join me for a class that will leave you feeling lighter than when you came in, calmer than when you woke up and ready to take on the world off of your mat. I look forward to seeing you in class.

My name is Eppie Szczesny. I am a E-RYT 500 certified yogini and have over 5000 hours of training in various styles of Yoga. I have been teaching and providing Yoga trainings for 17 years. I started my Yoga practice over 19 years ago. After practicing and studying more and more I found that I was only scratching the surface of what Yoga was and could be for myself. This led me to want to teach and share this amazing experience and journey with others. My vision is to make the practice available for everyone to participate in. When we experience the stretching, bending, twisting, and turning in Yoga we achieve a level of understanding of ourselves that contributes to our sense of control and flexibility. My goal for my students is to go beyond the physical aspect and heighten awareness of the bodymind connection. I believe our potential is limitless and within this realm there is a great joy.

In addition, Yoga has enhanced my own career as a social worker and DEI practitioner. I am committed to creating powerful experiences including pranayama, meditation, and sequences that center around the energies of each asana and themes that are relevant to equity, inclusion, self-preservation, and connection to everything and one. Bringing forth a love and spiritual connection to the rich heritage and culture of yoga. I hope students can let go of their judgments and ego and embrace being interconnected and kind loving beings.
